This group covers the other places gardeners shop and the businesses that turned up next to garden centers on the map: gift and home decor stores, pet and grocery stores with seasonal plants, craft and antique shops, and local services that do not fit a gardening category. Supermarkets and home stores are useful for a quick bag of potting soil or a pot of herbs; a nursery is the better choice for advice and plants suited to your yard.

Alexandria is in Virginia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Alexandria follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

During my test one of the individuals that was testing as well walked to the door and held it open while speaking loudly to the employee as he was sitting at the desk, he was also speaking back to her from across the room. We all was distracted from our test and I basically had to tell her to be quite (shooosh) as this is a testing environment and it's distracting as our timers are running down. Once done I explained to the employee that the lady was very distracting to us and asked for him to see if I could have a fee waiver to take the test again, I explained that I was not upset with him and he told me that he didn't even care. This was so unprofessional of him and too tell someone who has paid over $100 for a test as if people have money to throw away is beyond crazy. This is my career this man is playing with and thats not ok at all. I am beyond hurt to have been treated this way when I came in with respect and happy to take my test, to being distracted during my test, lost time on my test, to voicing my concerns and being treated as if I was wrong for addressing the issues. This is not ok!!! They are the one's who give us the rules of not talking during a test but don't apply

I would give this location zero stars if that were an option. I had a 9:00 AM exam scheduled and arrived at 8:30 AM, but no staff ever showed up. By 9:00 AM, there was still no one there, and even after waiting until 10:00 AM, the testing center remained closed. There were approximately 30 of us waiting, and we received no communication or updates. When we contacted PSI, we were told to wait an additional 10 minutes and then call back to reschedule. Unfortunately, we were not even given the option to reschedule for the same day at a different location, which made the situation even more frustrating. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, especially for something as important as a scheduled exam. Based on this experience, it appears this may be an ongoing issue. The location seriously needs more reliable and accountable staff. Avoid this place. Schedule at another location.

Highly recommend doing the afternoon or evening test time. much more relaxed than the morning since everyone shows up at once for the 9 am slot. But the two ladies that work here run a tight ship - but are also kind, friendly and supportive. If either of you ever see this - thank you!!!

The stressful experience of taking an exam was definitely helped by Ms. Monica, who politely and efficiently checked in numerous people. Her calm, professional approach helped me off to a great start for the exam. The testing center was clean, quiet and exactly as expected - I was able to focus fully on my exam. I will definitely recommend this center.

The receptionist lady was very bad person. really needs more training and better ethics. It honestly feels like she doesnβt care about people, and this job isnβt right for her. Very unprofessional testing center. I took a test on 02/09/2026. The lady in the reception was very unwelcomed. The were 2 rude staff there, and their laughing and joking to each other while I was in the exam. their sounds could be heard inside the exam room, which was extremely distracting. also there was someone drilling something and its sound was very distractive in the examination class. The registration lady was especially rude and gave instructions with unnecessary attitude. Just someone should check the security camera records and see your rude staff. (maybe between 12 to 4 o clock.) I will not return to this center for my other exams and i don't recommend here to anyone.
